New Trazer in my town.

I saw this the other day going down the road and then it has been at the local transmission shop for a few days. It is a decent driver and at least it is running and driving... more than I can say for mine:lol: I would drive it.

Cool.
I would drive it!

I wonder if it's an original '70 2wd blazer.
(6-lug wheels and trailing arms)

Did you stop and price it?

Looks cool. I still haven't decided if I like this mod or not? I do know that I don't hate it though:)

It's not that they look bad, but I don't understand why you would take a nice convertible and put a fixed top on it. IMO, if you want a pickup, get a pickup.

I'd be curious how the top was grafted in and how long it took for the stress cracks to appear.

The color is nice!

Nah, they were closed so I stopped and looked. I think it is just there for repairs, not for sale. It looks to be a true 70.

They need chop to look right IMO, I took 1 1/2 out of the front and 1" out of the rear of mine.

With the door frame tops and the lip on the header of the bed and the windshield lip at the top
is this a shortbed that has been connected or a trazer??
Either way i personnaly dont see the point but hey to each his own its unique

Now that i look at the rocker closer it must be a trazer

Amen to that, I agree 100%. I'm just curious as to why anyone would do that in the first place. Would be much easier (and just plain makes sense) to just buy a pickup truck. Not like you can't find them anywhere

That's why I have a pickup and a blazer ;) Besides, not like you can stick a 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back and close the gate
Different though, I'll give em' that....

Ok, I like it.
I think maybe it's because it looks totally custom. Almost cartoonish? Kinda like a C-10 mini truck.
Very nice work.

Yeah, I like it too... even though I'd love to see the half top look this awesome, but still be removable. I give you props. I'd drive it.

They look out of porportion without the top being chopped in my opinion, the top is just to tall for the length of the truck without some chop.

I started with a 1/2 top but it was junk and looked stupid. It would have been as much work to get it right as what I have already done.

I am going for the totally custom look though, or I would be if I had worked on it in a year:lol:
