Just want to say this is a great diss. board with a wealth of info. here are some pictures of the reassembly of my 68. I did not have a digital camera when I started. Started out with a long bed that had seen better days. Shortened frame (thanks to Efabman posts) instld. power steering. enough talk. here are some pics

the blazer tanks hang down too low for me, so built 1 that is just 10" deep

exhaust installed. (farmed this out) thanks to Wally at American Muffler in Wichita. I am very pleased with his work.

still have the tailgate, line-X, and door panels to do, and OOdroptopSS, when I round up some more aluminum i plan on fabing another tank.

BTW is that front sway bar a kit or off another vehicle. I really want to put a front sway on mine... get some... sway... out of it.

That truck is SWEET!!!!!! I have one question. Is that exhaust pipe kinda close to the fuel tank or does it not really matter? That thing makes me wanna shed a tear of joy. Can I have it?

its nice to see one come back from the loose parts. great color.

Nice looking ride so far.............wish I had that much room in my garage to hang parts on the wall.
