1961 original V8 motors paint schemes

What were the colors for the factory installed V8s? My straight 6 is a lighter blue but, I was thinking the V8s were chevy orange. I am building an LS motor with the VIC jr. Manifold, chevrolet embossed valve covers and relocating the coils. I am trying to keep the period correct paint scheme and trying to keep it looking like the original motor as much as possible. Also, I would like to know the color of all the accessories for example, starter, generator,p/s pump, water pump etc. Etc. I assume chevy painted the intake manifold, heads and valve covers all the same color as the block. Sorry if this is a dead horse I am beating but, I can't find my answer after extensive searching on this site and others.
