Strange banner on this site?
 

Just today i started getting a black banner towards the top of this site that reads "stop internet censorship"
It only shows on this site. Its probably nothing but figured i would mention it.

The banner is in protest for the new proposed laws concerning privacy. A lot of sites are doing this today.

If you don't trust the banner you can sign the petition on google directly.

You would think the goverment would have more important things to do than worry about spying on the internet.
