what gears for 33's

My buddy has a 2000 silverado, reg cab, long bed, auto trans, 4.8L, 4x4. He wants to run 33's. what gears do you recommend he gets?

I'd like 4.10, but factory size is 29-30" so 33's arent a huge difference

ok cool. his truck did come with 29" tires stock. and i checked the code in the glove box and his truck has 4.10's stock
