dash restoration ideas/help

Hi I'm planning on restoring the dash out of my 85 c10, i was planning on sanding down all of the cracks and stuff then fiber glassing it smooth and covering it with suede. Just wondering if anyone has already done this or had any better ideas thanks

you are right on the money for a solid repair. after you fiberglass you will probably need to bondo it smooth.
