72 Ac/Heater Diverter box Gurus
 

Working on getting my HVAC dialed in.

Repaired a broken lever in the controler with a kit from brothers.

Defrost still didn't work. Took apart dvierter box and there it was.

A broken flapping door that was cracked plastic and rubber and malfunctioning.

Brothers has it for $99 and classic for $129.

Looking at replacing it for obvious reasons but has anyone attempted
to repair these?

Any ideas welcome. Thanks
