Bob, I borrowed this pic from a different thread.....it shows the thermostat neck with the switch on the drivers side. Most I've found, havent been drilled and tapped for it....and I'd rather find one thats already done than do it to the working one I already have.

How much for the finger guard/fan shroud in the picture with the 1970 motor above? Also, Are the balancers pressed on or bolted on on these motors. Im putting one back together with my dad but were used to the SBC. Thanks!

here is one of my heads i build. i also have virgin excellent 194 closed chamber heads but there pricey because there so hard to find now.

I just recently bought a 250 engine and it happens to have a 194 head on it already. I was wondering about getting a hopped up version though. what are your prices for upgrades? what do you have? Should I keep the 194 head or get the 250 version? I want to get right 250 horsepower out of this motor if I can without boost and still have good driveability and vacuum. and I may or may not do a turbo setup later.
Here's what I have: Do have parts for it still? I was looking for a power steering setup and maybe a high performance intake setup? thanks |
