Seat hinge "covers"
 

It seems that I am missing the plastic hinge covers that go on each side of the "arms" for the folding bench seat back.

My question is why GM would have used the chrome "rub" plate if most of it is going to be covered by these plastic covers?

Does anyone know what years will interchange on these?
