Is there a website for original build specs

based on the vin # of a 1972 c-10 4wd.

More specifically I am wondering about the axel ratios on a '72 4wd that I have and want to swap over to a '69 K10 that I also have for the disc/power brake ability.

Are there are codes located on the axels somewhere that would also help.
