no it is not a 72 but i need a new dd 07 lwb old style reg cab 140k miles with v6 auto clean straight truck best thing it is white not too many options (kinda like a blank slate)5-6 $ k sounds like a good deal to me what kind of gas milage u guys think i will get

Id do it, then throw in a 4.8 or 5.3 down the road

wouldn't keep that motor, it is a dog. and it really isnt all that good on fuel.... but better than a v8

i was thinking about that also just never was much of a 4.3 fan
i just need a newer dd
did gm change anything on the later years on the 4.3 ??

I have a 75k mile 4.3 in my S10, Ext cab 5 speed .. I get about 24mpg, drive like a papaw.
