good ol steering columns

Hey guys I pick up a 75 tilt steering column for cheap mines broken and the shifter lever and its wobbly. But the new one I picked up someone pulled the collar that slides on the shaft and sits between the bearing does anyone know were to get one from? Or what it's called thanx
