Will this truck fit on my Flatbed?
 

Hi All-

I plan on driving to pick up a 1967 shortbox. My trailer is 73" wide and 144" long. Does anyone know if it will fit?

I rented a 12 x 6 from Sunbelt to move my 68's chassis, and it was too narrow. It had sides, but if yours is flat it might "just" fit. The wheel wells will also need to be below deck, or wider than 6.5 feet.

If you're going any distance, I think l'd get something bigger though.

I think the 12 foot length will be way short. My long bed is 17 feet long. I think the short beds are 2 feet shorter making it 15 feet long. I don't know how far your going to pull it back home but that is too much overhang for me.

Oh, and I would be more worried about the weight capacity of the trailer axles.

I'd say a dual axle trailer is required.
