LMC has it but I don't know about the dealer.

I got mine for 20$ from a local pick n pull...
it's just takes a little time... i pulled the best ones from three different trucks.. they cleaned up nice.

I have a NOS set I found on Kijiji. The part number on the box of 4 is #998143. Might be able to do some digging at GM maybe? Hope it helps

I tried to by new from the dealership last year and they were no longer avaliable. I had to by from lmc. They were a diffrent size (shorter). They were ok at best.

I got a set from LMC and thought they were very nice. They fit like they should with no extra effort.

So the edges aren't sharp or no cheap chrome? If so maybe I will get some for me after my tire chains destroyed my NOS set >:(

If I find a set which I think all 4 part number is 998143.

If I find a set of nos ones all 4 what would I expect to pay? incase I see a set on fleabay one day. $50? higher? or what? thanks I need a set too.

Keith, is that chrome strip on your truck stock or is it also from LMC, I've been think about replacing mine and was wondering about the quality of the chrome.

Not too sure bout Keith's trim but I can tell ya mines from lmc and the quality of the trim is nice although if I could do it again I would get the roll not the pre cut stuff. I feel I could have done a better job. There were pretty big gaps between the pieces I just evened them out best I could.

Thanks for the info, I was thinking about getting the pre-cuts but now I think I'll go with the roll. Did you use the epoxy trim pen that they suggest??

I didn't use the pen, the pre cut stuff seemed sealed. I would use it if you're cutting the roll tho.

I did use the LMC precut. Some of the gaps were a little bigger than they needed to be but I am ok with it (by evening them out as much as possible).

I did also use the pen, and/or some clear nail polish. Otherwise water seems to "wick" up into the molding and you can see it, as well as it can leave a dirty residue.

I found a set of NOS fender well chrome. The guy said he wanted $350 for it I offered $200 and he said yes. Think I should go through with that or is that still too high? it's a 4pc set.

he is a guy I use a lot with NOS parts on ebay it is part # 998143
