18-8 stainless steel bolts

Are they strong enough for water pumps, power steering pump brackets, and alternator brackets?

I don't know much about this stuff but by reading it sounded like they were not as strong as grade 5. I would guess they would be ok for exhaust manifolds too?

According to this (if going by the "typical" numbers and not the minimum), they are a hair lesser than a grade 5 bolt.

That is the chart I was looking at and it had me a little concerned but since it is not the suspension I guess it will be ok.
