Power steering pulley

I got the pulley back from the powder coater and it does not want to go back on. I realize it maybe due to the powdercoating but thought it might have to be pressed on????

all the ones I've pulled went right back on no pressing required, if it has powder coating inside were the shaft goes that is probaly the issue.

Thanks. It was kind of hard to get off so I thought they might be pressed on. I will sand down some of the powder coat and should do the trick.
