That's pretty slick! I guess they use hidden fasteners underneath?

That has me thinking. How about dark walnut w oak bedstrips or opposite?

I'm actually not sure how they attach, I didn't get a chance to ask or think to look, just had time to notice and grab a business card. this looks more suited to show vehicles that won't see a lot of action so maybe just screws with washers into pre-drilled appropriately sized holes

That is awesome! I'm gonna have to save that site for when I redo my truck.

I have to agree, that is cool looking.

It looks awesome with no fasteners showing, but I think it could also look good with the right countersunk flat head screws.

I would feel better using flathead or ovalhead machine screws, either countersunk as you say, or with finish washers

I looked at their website, and it said they came un-drilled, so I would assume you would have to drill and countersink them........I like the idea of light/dark color wood offsetting with the strips........

With that in mind, has anyone just use a nice tongue and groove wood?

You would definitely have to leave a space around the edge of the bed for expansion and contraction or otherwise there would be nowhere for it to go. I've seen wood move due to enviornment conditions and it is incredibly powerful. It would take some type of angled strip to cover the gap. Just daydreaming, but it would be interesting to see a nice finished kitchen floor in the back.
