I have a few things for sale after installing my lift kit:

1) New rear leaf spring u-bolts. From a Skyjacker 4" lift kit ~ 9-1/4" inside length. $30 shipped.

2) New leaf spring rubber bushings for 2-1/2" wide springs (bushings are approx 1-1/2" OD). Also removed from same Skyjacker kit when I put poly bushings in. $20 shipped.

Or both for $40 shipped.

I think I can get it all in a medium flat rate box $12, so that's $35 shipped to you. That's meeting in the middle for good new parts.
