gathering turbo ls parts input please

ok guys I am going to pick up a stock 6.2 complete motor (to be built) and 86 mm turbo tomorrow. It has 6.0 manifolds turned around backwards with all the hot pipe run. it also come with edelbrock super victor carb intake,c/s blow thru carb,msd 6ls ignition box and all the pipe (no intercooler). I have a stock 4l80e that I plan on building. Do I sell the carb stuff and go fuel injection or stick with blow thru? pros and cons of this setup?
