Nobody makes new cabs. These trucks are still too common like fleas to be cosidered for a aftermarket company to do so

They make fiberglass cabs, but other than that, no.

It's not hard to find a used cab, hell you can probably find a hole parts truck for pretty cheap. I've parted out a few trucks with good cabs, and only paid $500-1000 for them.
