problem with private messages
 

got several emails last night stating my "in box" was full, went there this morning and had only 2 messages in it, i even punched on it from "beginning"and still found only 2 messages in it.
i'm very computer ignorant so i must be doing something wrong, HELP !!!!!!!:confused:

Check your SENT box via the pulldown at the top right.

yeah your sent and message tracking boxes are probably full.

look at the left side above the messages .. See this :

"Show Messages From:"

Set it to "the beginning"

now clear the messages

do it to the inbox, the outbox and the tracking
