Question about body style change
Hey guys I got a 72 blazer and am familiar about those years. I recently seen a 65 2wd pickup for sale and been thinking about adding it to the collection. I was doin a little research and checking out others pictures and noticed that doors and windshield glass looked different. It looked like on some that the windshield glass curved back toward the doors more. Is this a common customization or did the earlier years have that different style from the factory? Also curious to know what other changes gm made during this generation of truck. Any Info from you guys would be great.....thanks.

Re: Question about body style change
60-63 had a wrap around windshield, 64-66 a conventional "flat" windshield. 60-62 had a hydraulic clutch and torsion bar front suspension. 63-66 Chevys have coil spring front suspension and a mechanical clutch. 60-63 Chevys have a double hump style of dash. 64-66 dash is flat on top. 60-61's had a jet pod hood, 62-66 Chevys all used the same hood. GMC's had one dash through out the run, but two different clusters. And all 60-66 GMC's shared the same 4 headlight grille. 60-61 Chevy's had quad headlights, 62-66 had dual lamps (one on each side). There are other minor details but those are the big ones.
