Noob to this side of the tracks with a problem!
 
I picked up a 68 c10 factory a/c cab awhile back and I tore into it yesterday. I bought it knowing that the starter on the sbc had the outside mount on the engine block that had broken off. Has anybody else see this and or whats the best way to deal with a broken mount on a cast block that will constantly be under so much torque. I will post pics asap.

I've never seen that brake before.

Not an easy fix... but it's doable.
