Hide radio hole in dash covers for 3100 1948?
 

Are there inserts to hide the old holes in the dash that the radio used to go in?

If so, where can i find them and what are they called?

Radio delete plate or possibly Panel. They are usually rather spendy on Ebay. They also seem to be one of the things that is missing from old truck cabs even if they never had a radio installed.
