Early 80's Wiring Harness Worth

How much is a under the dash wiring harness worth? It has the complete fuse box assembly, cruise control wires, heater, column, headlight bright floor switch, radio, speakers, etc. Only missing the power windows, doors, and courtesy light assy. Its out of a 81 or 82 C-10.

Harness

I paid $20 for one, started putting it in, and noticed some of the plug ends had been cut off when they (EBAYER) removed it for some reason. So basically its half a harness. Got a refund without a hassle, so the guy knew what he did when I brought it to his attention.
