water spots

I have very hard water and no matter how hard I try I get really bad water spots on wifes car(black). What is the best way to remove them right now I use a cleaner wax maquirs i think but it does not do a very good job?

Best thing I do to stop them in the first place is to use a chamois to dry it. Never let it sit and air dry.

when i wash my truck, i use the water blade, so far it hasnt scratched it...just makes really loud funny noises sometimes, making it sound like it is scratching it, but, i dont think it is, or not to the eye anyway

This sounds really crazy.........but got it from someone else............

I spray my bike and let it sit a few minutes, spray it off..................

Here's the kicker.............use a leave blower...........haven't found any spots.........

And now the Vaccuum company's are making units for this idea.

Don't laugh until you try it...........saves time..................

waterspots

I have the same problem having a black truck that attracks heat. I also live were the water is real hard. I have tried lots of things. I do dry my truck off right away(like i didnt know what caused them lol). I talked to a glass place and they gave my some stuff called A-MAZ(water stain remover) . this stuff works my truck has water spot built up over the 23 years i have owned it. It rubbs on with a damp cloth then rubb off ( repete if needed). this stuff works nothin before even touched the water spots. jay :D :bowtie:

Try something called "Bar Keepers Friend". You can find it at your local Albertsons, Safeway, etc. in the household supply section.
