Well, you know what body parts are worth in your region. That's what I would base most of the value off. Unless it's highly option or someone wants to convert to 5 lug/SWB a plain C20 is usually a tough sale. Just my opinion, and of course always the factor of sellers amount of patience on holding to a price. Sharpie

Re: WIW 1970 C-20 Rust free in primer.
All the hard work is done? What hard work was done if it's solid with no mud? A truck as you describe in original paint goes in the $3,000 range. But,in primer a buyer will have to depend on the honesty and/or knowledge of the seller for body condition,as well as quality of work done under it,and will generally not be willing to pay as much...like half. As usual, pictures would help.

Re: WIW 1970 C-20 Rust free in primer.
Sadly worth more in parts than together. If it's running/driving right now then I'd spend the extra to paint it and sell it complete. If not, part it out...

Re: WIW 1970 C-20 Rust free in primer.
My buddy just bought a well optioned rust free original paint big block '72 Cheyenne Super/20 for $3,000. I'd say your best bet is parting it out. Selling it as is,sadly, the truck is worth about what a running rust bucket is. You're half way there. Fix the rest of the rust in the cab and you should be able to get pretty good money for that. Not sure why you'd seam seal the bed sides before addressing the surface rust, but it appears to be a decent bed either way and would bring decent money.

That is appears to be a super clean cab!! Not sure of the worth in your area, but prices are all over the board up here in the northeast.

Or do you have different fenders? I was looking at your "part out" thread and am confused by your description in the quote above. |

I don't consider that a " absolutely no mud", with "no repairs" fender.
Just be up front about what you are selling. That is all I am asking. |

That would probably be a good idea. With the issues folks have had before, we try to help sellers in wording to prevent issues. To state that it is mud free, with posted pics of mud, would only cause issues down the line that no one wants to deal with. Just get your ducks in a row before posting it.
