I have nothing like this tube on my '72 402. I have wondered what connected to the snorkel. Does the bottom of the tube bolt to an exhaust manifold bolt?

It does, I should take a pic of the tube on the truck before I took it off ! its for a Big Block only.

I'll take it, but are there any other required pieces? Like a stove for instance, or does this just bolt onto my manifold?

PM sent to you John, I believe there is a heat shield that goes over the exhaust manifold itself, and this tube screws onto that heat shield, Ill check and see if I have one, Don

if the deal does not work out I will take it as I have the stove but no tube and the stoves are as tuff or tuffer to find in usable condition. The bolted to the manifold and were made of thinner material and just rotted away due to extreme heat.

that is a Big block stove for the heat tube to the air cleaner looks like it is in pretty good shape. if Wideside72 passes let me know how much you want for it.

It's not mine . . . I just did a search for a big block shield and found that picture from an old for sale ad.

Do a search in the parts for sale area to see if there is one for sale currently.
