Chevy 305 and 327 ?'s
 

So my brother has a 305 and he wants a 327. Theres a guys selling a 327 but it needs machine work and one of the cylinders may need to be sleeved. So I ask is it possible to use parts from the 327 such as heads, pistons, crank, etc and just bore out the 305 block to the 327 specs? Any help including the specs for these two engines is greatly appreciated.
