Got the front windows done yestereday. really happy with how it turned out. i need to stop back and get a couple moisture bubbles pushed out because it didnt sit long enough but other then that i love it!

Nice truck. i like that a lot. Does the heat shield for the filter have a bottom? Ever had any issues with water getting in?

Yep the heat shield does have a bottom and I haven't had any problems with water getting in. Just dust lol.

was your filter pre-oiled? i might have to look in to making a bottom for it cause that kinda makes me worry..

No oil at all for mine. Completely dry flow. Does yours not have a bottom?

nope no bottom just sides.

Just went and looked at mine again and it has vents in the bottom pan to allow air to flow thru. I use to live on gravel roads and the filter didn't get near as dirty as I thought it would. If your worried about dust you might look into a pre filter that just slips over your main filter.
