Yep ! Hard to find is right ! It should have a couple of "dimples" in between the frame rail bolts that I cant see in those shots. Maybe just the angle the bumper was shot at.

that appears to be a 60-62 bumper. the one 65 painted rear that is handy I have has them

Duh. I guess it pays to read. Yep, the front bumper on my '62 has no dimples, so the suburban rears wouldn't either.
