WTB Blazer Gas Filler Hose Assembly
 

I am looking for a complete gas fill line set. I need the upper hose, the 90 degree bent tube, and the lower hose. All in tact. We want to produce a single piece molded gas filler hose for the Blazers and need a good sample to copy. WES

Pic would be nice. I don't have any idea on a price. I just need the sample to duplicate..(not install in a Blazer):lol: Is it all together minus the tank and fill spout of coarse? WES

Wow, I am happy that I am getting a good responce. I could realy use 2. 1 for a sample to copy, and 1 for me to compare the prototype to. Whoever sends me one will receive a new molded one to replace it. That is the least that I can do. WES

Can someone take a picture of a 69-70 one also, so I can see if they are different. I just don't remember if they are. I know that the filler necks are different, but I do not remember if the hose assembly is or not. WES

Wes, I am pretty sure the 69-70, and the 71-72 bottom parts are the same. I bought a used replacement a while back, and the upper filler necks are different, so I ended up going with my 70 filler neck/cap setup, and using the 71-72 lower tube assy. My original 70 had three little mounts welded to it, and the 71-72 has the round inner screw mounting points where it mounts to the inner bedside. I may be wrong, but hope this helps. I have a few pic's of this stuff on my build thread when I put the fuel tank back in a while ago. Pic's are on the Blazer/Jimmy project thread, later Wes, good luck!

That looks to be the 69-70 Blazer Filler. Do you have the piece that goes between the tube and gas tank? I would need the length to be sure we get the correct demention. If you have the whole thing how mutch do you want for it? It looks like the 71-72 neck is steel all the way from the fill spout to the 90. It looks like all I need there is strait hose. WES

If you're going to have this part made, maybe you can do something about the tube coming off most reproduction gas tanks too? I for one would buy either a "correct" tank or a replacement filler tube so I could outfit my "new" gas tank so it would fit correctly!
