Doesn't sound like to bad of a trade. Got any pictures? My old '90 blazer I had was a blast to cruise in. The only issues I ever had were the steering column getting lose, the topper seals leaking in heavy rain or mudding. I would test drive it make sure the 4x4 works good hi/lo range. Oh check around the steering box as well have seen a few crack there. Other then that look underneath for any rust and check out how the lift kit looks and was installed. If you need any help or got more questions feel free to post them. Good luck if you do swap rigs.
