PINSTRIPE

Mackey 05-18-2003 05:44 PM

The color is sweet----it did set it off with the strips:cool:

superchevy 05-18-2003 06:08 PM

As a professional pinstriper, I say, yes, put them back on :)

maybe some one can photoshop them on, that would really help decide

When I look at your truck all that comes to mine is 2 1/2" drop spindels and 4" drop spring in the rear. As far as the pinstrip I say NO it looks fine as is, besides that pinstrip is overdone,do something different express yourself!

Riveted1 05-18-2003 08:56 PM

I vote "NO!" I like the paint just the way it is.....:flag:

I say go for it, my truck is optioned for them but they have disappeared because of a very crappy repaint. When I eventually fix it up, I'd like to reapply them.

Mackey 05-18-2003 11:01 PM

Now that you can see what it would look like...drop the truck and keep the stripes. The color is still sweet!

Alexis 05-18-2003 11:15 PM

Yes, I think they will blend in just right with the white top. But i think it's up to you really, ask your dad

FILICE72C10 05-18-2003 11:41 PM

dad wants them back on.....

crazy4chevs 05-19-2003 01:04 AM

go for it, keep em.

casey 05-19-2003 01:39 AM

thats the least you can do for pops, cause I'm sure all the other custom work was your idea

Pin stripping

I say no, lt looks nice the way it is.:D :D

toms68cst 05-19-2003 08:23 AM

Yes Yes Yes to pin striping!

griesel72 05-19-2003 08:31 AM

pinstripe it

COBALT 05-19-2003 03:06 PM

Hell no. One look at the monstrosities on my truck that are supposed to be "pin striping" and it will turn you off of pin striping forever.

Smooth68 05-19-2003 04:03 PM

I think a truck looks much cleaner withOUT the pin stripes. But as always its a personal preference.

lunatic 05-19-2003 05:01 PM

I say No,it looks better without it...jmo

A.P. 05-19-2003 06:22 PM

I say no pinstrips, your truck looks good as it is.

cruzn72 05-20-2003 01:30 PM

No stripes. I had scallops. Leave the stripes off, the paint looks great.
