What brand of Paint do you guys recommend?

I have a 72 burb with original paint from AZ I am not stripping it and I am painting it the stock orange and white. The carpaints sales people said I should just scuff and spray with their single stage chrome a base. It is a dupont series of paint. They quoted a gallon of orange and a quart of white they said with thinners and activators and everything it would cost me $650. They said I would n't need to prime the whole truck just spot prime where I repair and sand through to bare metal. I need to paint the door jams and the inside of the doors. Does this sound like enough paint to do the job or will I need more? Should I really paint with out priming the whole truck? I also plan on replacing the front fenders with new so they will be black will that be noticeable if I don't at least prime them in a red primer? Any suggestions will be much appreciated! Thanks

I just two toned my whole truck with Kirker single stage urethane, 2k primer, and clearcoated over the single stage. Long bed truck, inside and out. Don't think I spent $300 on materials and am extremely happy with the paint!

That seems real steep for single stage paint.
