Exhaust pics please
Anybody have any pics of a 67-72 dual exhaust with an under bed tank and hitch? I'm trying to figure out how I can do this, I wanted to run a stock side exit with true duals, but I just don't see it happening with the under bed tank.....

Re: Exhaust pics please
You could always turn it out in front of the back wheels or snake it around the tank and have those pieces around the tank ceramic coated so it don't cook your gas in the tank.

Here's how mine is ran 3in pipe with 40 series Flowmaster bends down right at the front spring mount for the rear axle. I also have the Blazer/Suburban gas tank in the rear.

my 72 blazer, dual exhaust, no crossover...
passenger side same as the driver side oh yeah, there's a 4" spring lift. |
Re: Exhaust pics please
I think my hitch is my problem, it tucks way up like a hidden hitch and closes off all the room between the rear leaf hanger.

Hey birdistheword, can you show a pic of how you went beside the tcase on the passenger side? I have been looking at this and on my truck the fuel lines look like they are going to be too close.

This is the best picture I can give you since I'm stationed in Japan and the truck is back in the U.S. But it bends up and over the transfer case and the truck also has a body lift on it.

Re: Exhaust pics please
Thank you. I was thinking of going over the tcase, but wasnt sure if a body lift would help or not.
