Heater blower motor will not work on high
 

I just finished my truck and now the blower motor will only work on low and med but not high. Ive checked all fuses and it is a stock A/C truck. Anyone know how to remedy this problem? Generally wouldn't bother but I just moved to Arizona and the A/C guy doesn't want to charge the system until the blower motor works on high.
