Rear spring position between trailing arm and frame
 
Well finally got frame repaired and all pieces bolted in place but I find no info on exact postion of spring in the cups No torque specifications either in the old chiltons manual I have.

Any help or pics would be appriciated

Davey can you be more specific please? I think you are asking for the position of the bolt hole the rear spring mounts to the frame. If that is the case, the spring and shock mount cross member is indexed off of the oval hole on the side of the frame. If your repairs to the frame have eliminated the hole it is 47.25 inches back of the trailing arm cross members front rivet.

Here is a diagram of dimensions for both short and long bed trucks, the bolt that holds the spring to the frame is in the center of the cross member marked at 102.25 (lwb) or 90.25 (swb). Here also are a few photos of when I did this last week on a leaf to trailing arm conversion.
