Hey guys.. this is my first time to the Blazers, Jimmys, and Suburbans board... It's because I just scored a pretty nice Jimmy in trade this weekend. I had a '67 C10 Long/Fleet for sale on Craigslist and ended up trading instead. I couldn't resist... my old rattle canned, six-banger project truck for this beauty. I'm new to the Blazer thing so I'm sure I'll have plenty of q's for you guys.

Wow awesome score jimmy looks nice and super clean :D Got any big plans for it yet or just drive it around for awhile? I got a soft spot for full size blazers n jimmys especially when there lifted they look great!

Thanks guys! My initial plan was to flip for some more cash, but after driving it around for a few days I'm starting to like it... a lot! :) I'll probably hang on to it for awhile. It does need a radiator and a water pump. After our big move to the new house I'll do those repairs. Here's another pic. I'll post a few more soon... :gmc2:

:jdp: That was an amazing trade you got there, just wow.... that Blazer is a beauty, and myself I would hold on to that with an iron grip if I had it. Due to mud racing it's getting pretty hard to come across square body Blazers in a lot of areas. Especially ones in the same condition as the one you got.

Thanks! I got the water pump fixed on Friday. Turns out the radiator is okay. The pump was making such a mess that I thought the rad was leaking too. Luckily no... She's running dam good now!
