Front Bed Panel

What type and size bolts did you guys use when atatching the front bed panel to the bed sides? Looks like 3/8''?

I believe that are 3/8 x 1/2" with lock washer, you can make them 3/4" won't make any differance and will give you a bit more to work with. Use grade 8 for the heck of it.

I don't know about stepsides, but I just started reassembling my fleetside and the bolts are 5/16-18 x 3/4, (indented washer head, although they wouldn't have to be of course). same for the rear cross sill. IMO, grade-8 seems over-kill.

Oh I like grade 8, just about everything thing on the truck was grade 5, I was being a stinker though on that comment. ;)
