big block clutch linkage

hey guys i know its posted on here but i keep getting confused every time i see a different thread. so here goes i bout a big block for my 70 c10 right now it has a i6 with a 4 spd on the floor i wanted to drop in the 454 and keep it manual i have read that i need a different linkage and that even thin i will have som issues with the headers? is this all correct if so what mods will i have to do to make it work without having to go hydraulic? or can i just use my linkage and modify it?

Re: big block clutch linkage

You need big block motor mounts and stands, big block crossmember under the bellhousing, and the big block bellcrank mount for the top of the frame. WES
