Factory rear speaker?
 

This is a new one for me, so I'm guessing this is pretty rare?

Not rare really, many trucks had 4x10's in the rear, especially the 80's models.

I thought every square with anything more than an AM radio had rear speakers. I've never had one w/out them. I had one mid 70's that came factory with an AM radio and it only had front speakers, but all the rest had rear.

I'd say they are about as rare as a politician that lies.

They seem to be rare here, I've seen only seen 2 sets out of around 100 trunks that have came though the junkyard I go too.

The 88 cab I just bought for my CC has them, my 86 reg cab does not. I don`t think they ar really rare.

Never seen any myself. My '83 came with the am/fm, and no rear speakers.

i just got some from a s10 piller extended 4X10
were used in the burbs over the rear wheels
here you can see the ones i'm putting into my 79 ,painted from the 88 burb
