Back again, do I have a rare truck on my hands (1500 sport)?
 

Hey all, after a bit of an absence (I used to have an 86 custom) c10 I am back in the GM fan club and just aquired a 1990 Chevy 1500 Sport. What makes it odd is the combo of a 5.7 and a 5 speed manual, I know they came with the option but were there alot. Can anyone give me some facts on the Sport models and production numbers?

I don't know if "rare" is really the word for it, but the 350 5-speed is a fairly uncommon combo, especially in a regular cab short bed and especially in a Sport. Mine's no Sport, but I love my 350 5-speed.

I bought a white !990 swb "Sport"...

The dealer had five more in stock...

Mine was a 350/5 spd...

I would think not usual...as opposed to rare...:waah::waah:
