I have a 66 chevy c10 2wd with sm 420.
Well i have 4.11's in it right now and driving the freeway isnt so good haha
i was gonna go with 3.73's they seem to be a good crusing/hot rod gear.
ive got 31 inch tall tires. so let me know if the 3.73 ring and pinion will fit in my rearend? 12 bolt posi

Yes, the 3.73 gears will fit the carrier that the 4.10's were bolted to. If you were wanting to go to 3.42's or higher, then you would have to change the carrier.

Awesome! my 4:11's are way to low. 3.73s will do it :D
