You will need a spacer to correct the converter spacing.

I recommend using a correct "300 mm" LS 4L60E.....V6 (298 mm) 4L60E's have valve body calibrations not suited to V8's.

If you insist on running a V6 trans....Check the 2nd piston number....Do Not run a 554 2nd piston, Use a 553 or a 95-1 with a V8.

Depends, when you say 2000 Blazer, do you mean full size or S-10?

Did they still make full size blazers then? I thought those stopped somewhere in like 95, when the trucks got the updated body styles and they took away the 2dr full size blazer.

You can get the flexplate, bolts & spacer from GM quite cheap http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results...umber=12621399

You will need to slot the torque converter bolt holes on the flexplate to fit your torque converter.

Trans 150
Motor mounts 170
Spacer and longer bolts 65
Gas tank with a pump 100
