12597341 MX136200-3330 is the number off what I will call the Fuel Vent Solenoid on the plenum. (pointed out by the flat tip)

Secondly, where do I need to connect the vent off the fuel cell?

2008 5.3 LY5 donated by a Chevy Silverado.

I have searched for hours and there are multiple common questions, none exactly answering my specific question. Please point me in the right direction if this has already been answered.
