Fender Questions, Is this normal?

Looking at my fenders from the front. If you go from the outside of the fender into that first "seam" that goes around the grille, the seam is seperating on the passenger side. The driver side has a crack at the lower part of that seam. Is it common to have issues with this area or are these possibly aftermarket junk fenders?

I have seen some originals seperate due to minor dents, but almost all aftermarket fenders have a bad seam.
open your hood and look right about the center of the fender above the wheel, in the center between two of the 1/2 bolts there should be a # stamped , if you can't find a # there it is probably an after market fender.

Looks like they are factory... What is best way to fix? Shave the seams?

maybe (probably) the factory spot welds are broken. you might be able to get some vise grips in there and clamp it down and re-weld it. there might be other dents or stress that are causing the gap, so check out for that.
