71 C10 parting out
I am parting out a 71 Chevy C10 for my father in law. We bought it to strip the parts we needed for his 69 K5, and will be selling what's left. This was a running/driving truck just a few weeks ago, so everything was in working condition.
Here is what I have right now, Overload leafs for coil spring rear with all necessary brackets $50 LWB 2 piece drive shaft, good u-joints $50 All prices are pickup, shipping would be additional. |

Re: 71 C10 parting out
Looked at it last night, didn't find any sort of tag on it, or have the time to open up the cover, but just a hair over 3 rotations of the driveshaft for one rotation of the tire, so I think it is a 3.08:1 ratio. (Walked over and confirmed this method on my known 3.73 6 lug rearend, ~3.75 turns for one rotation of the tire=3.73:1)
Harness was a little hacked, probably not worth shipping.[/QUOTE] Does that mean its a 3.08 posi rear? If so, I'll take the rear and, since I'm making a trip, the brakes too if the person above me doesn't. |
