I am pulling this out to put in a posi unit. 12 bolt 3:73 open diff. 6 lug and is a coil spring setup.new price $125.00

275 lbs and strapped to a 40x48 pallet axle is 65" long

70's are the same length i do beleive...... Let me know

According to Moser's site 65 - 69 are 30-1/2" and 70 - 81 are 31-5/16"

I think there were a few 70's with the longer axles, but should also be 5 lug if you do find one

Incorrect.
All '70 rearends were 6-lug,... no matter if it's the narrow or wider rearend.
