Have i enough hood clearance...144 blower
 

Hi guys!

Tomorrow i would order a 144er weiand blower kit at summit!

Now i ask me if i have enough hood clearence?!

On the 750 holley dp i would install this hilborn scoop:

Will that fit...i mean can i close the hood from my 70er gmc without anything suppressed under the hood?!

At #292 - 2. picture...how high is the air cleaner...sacton jim wrote that he have it from jegs...i had look at jegs...but jegs have it in different high...4",5",6" etc...

What do you think how tll is the air cleaner?!

It's a 4" air cleaner with the drop base......I even ground a little more off the base to drop it lower over the carb. Just barely clears the hood.
